Health & Wellness Block Party

​Communities like ours are generally at higher risk for heart diseases, stroke, cancer, asthma, influenza and pneumonia, diabetes, and HIV/AIDS, according to the Office of Minority Health, part of the Department for Health and Human Services.

The health and wellness block party is collaborative effort with other health agencies and initiatives to provide fitness instruction, dietary education and valuable information about health and wellness services, screenings and other opportunities.
